Black holes act like any other object that has mass..so if there was a small PBH it would be influenced by the gravity of other objects around it, depending on their mass…so the PBH would feel the gravity of nearby Neptune and even the Sun that is much further away, but much more massive. So it would be moving with respect to the Sun.
